Tastings in our Kosttraum

We strive to provide our wines with an appropriate ambience. Firstly we traditionally let the wine develop, ripen and let it acquire its full flavour ten metres underground in the cool sands of the former monastery. From here, the wine makes its way into the glass for the first time within the Kosttraum, at Znaimstraße 13 – between centuries-old walls, in a relaxed atmosphere with a contemporary interpretation of Weinviertel flair.
